By accessing or using Helpr.aio (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Helpr.aio is an operational platform for service entrepreneurs. It provides scheduling, invoicing, client management, AI-powered automation (the "AI COO"), team management, and a public marketplace where clients can discover and book service professionals. Helpr Technologies Inc. ("Helpr", "we", "us") operates the Platform from Ontario, Canada.
Business accounts: You must provide accurate business information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. One business per account unless otherwise arranged.
Client accounts: Clients may create accounts to book services, manage appointments, and communicate with service professionals through the Platform. Clients must provide accurate contact information.
Service professionals listed on the Helpr Marketplace must provide accurate information about their services, pricing, availability, and qualifications. Helpr reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that:
• Misrepresent services, qualifications, or pricing • Receive repeated client complaints • Violate community standards or applicable laws • Engage in discriminatory practices
Helpr does not guarantee the quality of services provided by listed professionals. We facilitate connections between service professionals and clients but are not a party to the service agreement between them.
Subscription fees: Helpr offers monthly subscription plans (Craftsperson at $89/mo, Crew at $169/mo, Operation at $249/mo, and Organization at custom pricing). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period.
Founding member pricing: Founding members receive permanently locked rates (Craftsperson $49/mo, Crew $89/mo, Operation $149/mo) for the life of their continuous subscription. If a founding member cancels and resubscribes, standard pricing applies.
Marketplace fee: Helpr charges an 8% service fee on marketplace bookings, paid by the client on top of the service price. Founding members receive a 0% marketplace fee during the founding period. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Refunds: Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Marketplace booking refunds are governed by the cancellation policy of the service professional.
Bookings made through the Helpr Marketplace are agreements between the client and the service professional. Each service professional may set their own cancellation policy, minimum notice period, and deposit requirements.
Helpr is not responsible for disputes between clients and service professionals but may assist in mediation. In the event of a payment dispute, Helpr reserves the right to withhold payouts pending resolution.
You may not:
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Impersonate another person or business • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security • Circumvent the marketplace fee structure • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings • Use the AI COO to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform
The Helpr platform, including its design, code, AI models, and brand assets, is the property of Helpr Technologies Inc. You retain ownership of your business data, content, and client information uploaded to the Platform.
By listing on the Marketplace, you grant Helpr a non-exclusive licence to display your business name, logo, service descriptions, and reviews for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
The AI COO provides operational suggestions, automated communications, and business insights. AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing automated messages before they are sent to your clients.
AI COO usage is subject to plan limits (100 messages/month on Craftsperson, 300 on Crew, unlimited on Operation and Organization plans).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helpr Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Helpr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Helpr is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals listed on the Marketplace, nor for the accuracy of their listings.
You may close your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support@helpraio.com. Helpr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your marketplace listing will be removed and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
